Health wise, is there anything damaging about smoking marijuana? Why is marijuana so bad to smoke?

That brain cell thing is false. Behavior is dependent on the person, not the gr. Munchies, sure, but that is the reason that chemo patients use it to stimulate the appetite and decrease nausea. I can find no other health concerns. It used to be thought that using pot would lead to harder drugs, but that was only because in order to buy pot, one needed to deal with unsavory people that also deal in narcotics (identity by ociation.) I agree that it is hard to understand why that harmless, benign stuff is illegal and alcohol and tobacco which are so dangerous are not.
