How to deal with parents?

This certainly isn't the only issue and it's definitely a smaller issue I have with my parents than some of the other things. I only have three or four shirts and 2 pairs of jeans and another pair of pants that I wouldn't wear to school. My parents think that it is acceptable to wear my mothers old shirts she would sleep in that have holes in them and are down to my knees. Whenever I bring it up my stepmother says that I have tons of clothes referring to these and short sleeve shirts that I wouldn't wear in the winter. Even including those though, I still have few clothes. When I bring up the issue of only having two pairs of jeans she tells me I have tons referring to jeans that are too big around the waist and will fall down on me and that are thick ugly work like jeans some of which have holes. Last summer I was wearing shirts that were 3 years old from when I was 12/11 (15 now). A lot of them had bleach stains on them. I'm 15 male and my parents make over 150K USD a year and have very minimal expenses because we live in a should be condemned condominium.
