How do you like my plan that caused weight loss, money saved, and a healthier lifestyle?

I simply bought a small college style refrigerator and only bought foods once a week that could fit in it. It made me more conscious about what I bought and ate. I am now at a perfect weight in three months and never throw food away, saving lots of money. Also people I haven't seen in three months say I look healthy and great. Could downsizing your refrigerator be the lifestyle change you need to save money, eat healthier and lose weight like I did?
