Should i buy this Wintec saddle? ( only ppl who have bought and use wintec please)?

ok so my friend is selling her wintec all round horse saddle. its in excellent condition. iv been looking for a synthetic saddle for riding on the beach(synthetic is ok to ride in water right?) sorry im new with synthetic, im a leather girl. but i just wanted to know if its an all around good saddle for everyday riding and such? its the one with the gullet system. my horse is EXTREMELY hard to fit for a saddle(Thoroughbred) will this gullet system work? and over all is it worth the money.. even though shes selling it to me cheap. thanks and sorry for all the mixed questions! :))
