Need some ideas for a Hawaiian theme cookout?

It's not a full on luau with a pig roast (it will be someday) but everyone is bringing a covered dish and we are having mai tais. We bought some tiki torches, and I need more ideas for what we could do that's not too expensive. Thanks!
