The Orion SkyQuest Xt10... Is that a good scope?? ?

On a scale from 1 to 10 what would you rate it?? What all can I see in it? Im also having problems finding objects, im new to astronomy & I dont really know my way around the sky. Is there any websites that can teach me so when I want to see a certain galaxy I will know where to look.... Please Help...
