Best rides you ever saw?

Have you ever seen a great ride that just stopped you in your tracks? Everytime I see a QH pedigree with Rugged Lark in it it reminds me of one of the best rides I've ever seen. I think it was 97 or 98, I was a groom at the Devon Horse Show. I was taking a quick break to grab a bite at the concessions by the practice ring and I saw him being worked while the ring was supposed to be vacated so they could be watered. I stopped at the rail to watch (I had heard about the farewell tour & the bridleless routines) and I was totally transfixed. There they were, bridleless, practicing the dressage routine with the water truck going around. She would side p or do an extended trot to keep him out of the way. The spray would hit his legs and there was no reaction. It looked coreographed, like the water truck was part of the act. I have always heard people say to ride well, become one with the horse. That was the only time I actually saw it. Has anybody else seen a ride they'll never forget?
