Can I get into Carleton, Williams, Amherst, Middlebury or Northwestern?

These are my top college choices. I have a 3.9 GPA. I am in an IB program. I am a minority. I have yet to take the SAT or ACT tests but I have a perfect score on all state-mandated standardized tests. and I am just outside the top 15% in my cl. Which of these schools can I get in to?
