Does any one else think that Tim Sylvia is champion by a fluke?

That guy never impresses me much, its seems he always gets lucky and his only skill is that he is tall and has reach on everyone other than that he's slow and is going to get killed by Cro Cop. I also think that Liddel is not a truly great fighter it looks like he just has a lot of KO power but if he doesnt land that one shot hes just average. Does anyone concur?
