I need help with my manga story.?

Every story needs conflict. You've got a setup for some good conflict, now you just need an event to get things in motion. One of your characters needs to act on these feelings and do something to make the others have to react. Characters aren't interesting if all they're doing is sitting around feeling things; they need to act. Maybe flesh out some details about your characters, too: where did they grow up? What do they like and dislike? What do they believe? What do they want?
