Low ferritin with normal haemoglobin?

Your ferritin level refers to the amount of stored iron in your body - if this is low, the body does not have enough iron to rely on when the functional iron runs low. Try increasing the amount of iron in your diet by consuming foods high in iron (such as red meat, beans and green, leafy vegetables).
