Net gear router?

I share a wireless connection ( netgear router ) with my roommates, can they see what sites I visited, e-mails sent and received and my banking information? how does the router show what sites have been visited( in what format IP# or www.com? Is there a program they could have to track sites I have visited and if so what would it show?
