Suit jacket...?

Hi... about 2 years ago i bought a very VERY nice 3-on armani suit... in that time my weight hasn't really changed, but my shoulders have become somewhat more broad. When i bought the suit it was very form-fitting... but now it seems a bit too small. can i have the shoulder size altered? i would really prefer not to just get rid of this suit if possible. thanks in advance!
