It definately could just be anxiety, but I wouldn't rub it off thinking that it was. Definately mention it to your doctor, if your next appt is still weeks away I'd call her/him and talk about it. They may suggest you go to the ER and be checked, you are at higher risk for preeclampsia and now that you are past 20weeks is typically when it can appear.
