Why do conservatives believe Obama health care repeal is gaining ground when its the opposite?

Conservatives although against obama care have FAILED to offer any alternative for the health care crisis besides the status quo. This has led to the decline of their movement to gather steam for health care repeal. Latest poll in link below proves it. Furthermore not a single poll shows health care repeal is heavily supported by Americans. The number 1 question still remains how to get health care when millions are denied due to pre-existing conditions and can't find job that offers health benefits. Attacking Obama care alone isn't going to give any kind of support to repubs without offering an alternative.
