Would this be grounds for dismissal?

I am 16 years old and got pulled over in California. I recently got my summons in the mail for the charges and when I am to appear in court. I got pulled over for speeding, have people under 20 in my car, and no proof of insurance. However, the charges on the summons I got in the mail show that I had a seatbelt violation, pedestrian crosswalk, and a ridiculous violation for riding a bike in the mall. When I got pulled over, I had my seatbelt on and don't know what the rest of the charges are for I have never done those. The ticket number matches the ticket number on the summons. My question is will this be grounds for dismissal for my ticket or what?
