Agggg grrrr Answer me Pls? (I love her lots)?

Okay so this girl I know likes me but she is afraid to tell me. I already asked her once and she said "but your my friend" in a very nervous voice, and started to look down at the floor and played with her cell phone. The second time I asked her she said "hey your pulling my leg right" and she took it as a joke. I told her that I was serious. So now basically I'm in love with her. And in my previous post people have told me that she does like me but shes afraid to tell me. How can I get her to confess. I really have feelings for her. What should I say to her. I have already told her that I have feelings for her.
