Does he like me or not?

My guy friend has been hanging out wiith me more than he ussually does. He also has a girlfriend but she has some mental problems. It seems to me that he's spending more time with me then her. When he's around me, he tries to make me laugh and also he touches me below my stomach. I think he might like me expecially since some poeple say me and his girlfriend look like sisters. They also say I'm the smarter and prittier one too.
