My 17 yr old son died, I want a tat-what happened?

I'm the mother that lost her 17 yr old son and my 25 year old daughter and I can't explain the panty thing. Each of you were right to say what was said. I wanted a tatoo in memory of my daughter and son. My oldest son supports my desire, but my 33 yr old son, my children's father and many male relatives think it is not appropriate. Several women told me in was tacky to wear panty hose at my son's viewing and his memorial service. I think the panty hose issue stuck in my mind;I can't imagine anyone making that type of comment at a funeral. Then again, I can't imagine me talking about panties at a time like this. Forgive me and apologies to each of you. I am happy for my son because I know he is not grieving. I had to write this but I am not up to spell check tonight. Thanks to all of you, expecially those of you that read and understood that the same person wrote in such totally different ways. Susan
