Whats the general consensus on women who have multiple kids with different men?

I ask this question because i found out recently a good friend of mine is now p/g with her 4th child by a 3rd man...She had her first kid at 17 and their ages range 15,13,8 and now the new baby. She was only married to one of the fathers and the others have been just b/f's..She receives no child support from these deadbeats and the current baby daddy has a 2 yr old he pays no child support on and has now knocked up my friend. I heard this news from a mutual friend of ours and i am just shocked. She's 33 and knows damn well how b/c works but every time she starts to seriously date a guy she ends up knocked up. She took a 7 yr break from dating after her last kid was born to focus on her first 3 kids and be a good mom and now she started dating this new guy and they've been seeing each other less than 6 months and she's now 4 months p/g.. I have pretty much washed my hands of this girl and am done...I have yelled,screamed, even pleaded with her to use b/c get her tubes tied etc..and it alwas fell on deaf ears.. Why are women so stupid? I am 28 and p/g with my first child currently..my baby was planned and i have been married 5 yrs..I used b/c for 12 years and NEVER had any accidents, mistakes, oopses etc... I just dont get these women...Why do they do this? She's been on and off of welfare as long as i've known her she is always broke can barely provide for the 3 kids she has now and she's having a 4th kid? Also her health is terrible she has diabetes and was told with her last kid that she should not have any more..But she started saying when her last kid was 4 yrs old that she might want another one... These kids suffer because of her stupidity and i for one cannot stand it..I plan to keep my opinion to myself and just act surprised when she announces it to me, but i really just want to smack her in the head..Is it the norm today to be a ho and just have tons of kids with different men?
