Are these things dangerous?

Tie/track rod end ball joint, if that comes loose the wheel will come loose from the steering and you will wreck. Roll bar/ sway bar bushings, the sway bar is a piece that stops the body of the car from swaying back and forth in cornering. The bushings are rubber pieces that provide the "give" to the sway bar. It has to have some body roll but too much and the car will feel like crap on the road. Parts+Labor is around $200-300 USD most likely.
